Second question, because I am out of US and I am in the motion,tenants can not send check to me, do I have to engage third party,or can I have them to use pay pal for the payment .Are any another option for the payment, which not require tenantto go to the bank and deposit check, or make transfer from their bank ?

Not sure of many other courses usually you will get files that are aged or a motion has been filed on them that’s how you will know they are about to get kicked out.

You usually will not get a second look because you already received an offer from a buyer and it was supported by the BPO.In my opinion, the odds are not in your favor.
