It sounds like trying different markets or maybe short term rentals could provide some diversification (and excitement) to strategically expand from your current your 14 units.  

One other final end of year detail is getting ready to send 1099 to any non-incorporated vendor who did over $600 of work in 2021.

I understand what you say, the real thing is that going through a promising deal gets me excited, I am sticking to the numbers and letting them give me the answer, but I can not stop getting excited.
