I quit my job as well before I did my first flip so I didn't have any option except to succeed.

We have however [had several people want to do deals with us, but so far, for the most part haven't partnered, except once with another BP member in a very creative way (I'll share more on that another time) I guess what I'm saying is "what goes around, comes around".

@Mike Landry, Except for the few inheritors of wealth just about everyone through history worked (you'd call it a W2 job now) for a living and built wealth by saving (spending less than they made) and slowly building their ability to invest (whether farm land in the agrarian age, manufacturing and commodities in the industrial age, or information proprietaries in the information age).

There's one company that sends me listings every so often but when I google the company, nothing shows up except for their main webpage.

So far none of the links provided in the 9 educational tools work except 2 which are the least important so I'm already smelling a scam.

I have also found the same problem in illinois except i'm not even getting close to 200 per door on multi's that i'm analying.
