That city is growing, wonder what kind of tenants MTR would bring.

I am going on year 2 and I absolutely love what I do, but I don't think I will ever be someone who enjoys a structured 9-5 office job.

I have come into some inherited properties and want to use these as a launch pad to grow into a real estate investor. 

I never said you can't get rich doing it how ever you got your millions.I am saying you can't target motivated sellers.While you are one that made it, thousands that also target foreclosures do not.

The algorithm allows you to shop for the best rate/terms. if you ever have a lender try to scare you about not having your credit pull that should be a red flag because if you do not shop how do you know they are competitive on rate but also fees.

Plus there are colleges around here, STR attractions, growing population and jobs, sports teams, etc.

Growing your network and Agent business is definitely a contact sport.

I was laid off in December and would like to start investing full time (because I don't want to go back to that corporate grind ever again!).
