by "investor Friendly" i assume you mean.. cheapif thats the case I would not recommend finishing touches but I would follow up with @Ryan Blake suggestion and use him as a base line but dont waste his time.. if you dont use his services Id send him a 50$ gift card with a thank you letter so you dont burn that bridge

So generally you can use funds from 401k, other retirement type accounts as that will be seasoned and you can show where it came fromIf this is primary you may be able to have funds gifted to you.
