My thoughts on commercial real estate is you have business owners, who take care of the guts of your building, and are signing 5 to 10 ear leases, and it is ideal to both the landlord and the business to stay there long term. 

Direct mail tends to work best when you send a campaign of 5-7 different pieces, 4 weeks apart from each other.

There are great pieces of information but i'm struggling to find a location where all risk associated with their mitigation strategy. 

This person will be in second lien position with nothing but a piece of paper to hold you to.
