As young techies continue to relocate and propagate the expansion of the Silicon Beach movement out here, could this landmark purchase by Google deliver huge prospects for local investors?

As @Rob L. noted, a lot of times the tenants are on month-to-month leases and at least one of the units can be delivered to you vacant. 

It delivers a high pressure shower that people like.I am so impressed I have decided to gradually change all of my units over to Niagara shower heads at turnovers and whenever shower heads have issues.

I can't seem to find in the contract if the property is delivered to the buyer free of any liens or building code violations.  

That is to say, even if you live in Hicksville or Ballygobackwards it is possible to do great deals locally, it just takes a commitment and I'm specifically referring to continental USA which is a truly unique and wondrous property market.Not only this, but the more rural areas seem to deliver the more consistently profitable opportunities with much less competition whereas the trending and higher population centers are much more expensive with very competitive margins and therefore a higher risk. 

The problem is that I am a cross country truck driver so I am all over the place!

Idk anything about the schools there or other possible drivers of value but I do know that I liked what I was seeing.
