BUT...this does take a very narrow set of circumstances between your and spouse ages, earnings of the business and quality of those earnings, the number, age, and compensation of any employees...If you are considering getting creative, definitely not a DIY activity, it would be worth getting someone involved who can advise on setting these plans up, dealing with the annual disclosures, and if something more complex than a basic Solo 401k - dealing with the calculations.
