I’m pretty sure I already know the answer but I enjoy hearing other people’s strategies.

Was thinking of a strategy to get units on it.

You'd most likely have to look for a commercial unit, which would be more likely to have the card reading accessories you're talking about + they can keep up with the constant use, which residential units aren't designed for.

Hi Jacob - I have a network of partners from financing to tax strategy, REI coaching, etc...who can help answer a lot of these questions and get you some guidance. 

I assumed that they just started pushing their strategy.

With plans to make an investment within the next three months, I'm eager to engage in discussions about my strategy and appreciate any constructive feedback.

I can imagine a complicated mechanism that would produce an arguably valid 1031 strategy...but it almost certainly would create more problems than it solves.  

So I would like to hear your POV and different strategies on acquiring more deals.
