The appraiser mentioned it as a custom fitting being more valuable than it really was.If you incorporate custom details, in good taste for the style of property and quality, it makes an impression that can add more value than the real cost. :)

lol. yes, he does. the guy has terrible customer skills.just look at a sample response from him:"Yes you can have a pool must have fence around pool and you are the one they come to if anyone drowns I would not want the liability if I was you"reminds me of my realtor who also can't write worth cow dung.

It also took her 3-4 years and nothing was easy just because every "simple" project was instead a custom item now because of the age.

Custom building and renovations are two different creatures entirely when it comes to managing personalities in a transaction.  

I don't currently have money, but I do have dedication, time, and a little bit of real estate knowledge ;).

Probably not the cheapest overall but they have pretty good customer service and are easy to work with.

In short, all windows are custom made, you just have to tell them that you know it to get a good deal.
