My ULTIMATE goal in REI is to purchase/rehab/sell (flip) however I am quickly learning that this goal requires CAPITAL (which I don't have) and/or excellent CREDIT (also, don't have....don't judge me lol) so I have been considering building capital via WHOLESALING (not really something I wanted to get into originally but cld possibly get me to my goal)....so here is my question:INVESTORS: what are some DOs and DONT's you would suggest to wholesalers?

@Sabrina Taylor clouding sellers title should be thought through carefully.this is what small claims court is all about.. if you have a beef over 600 bucks to there. if the judge agree's they will award you a money judgement.
