I gauged their accuracy and thoroughness of data, response time, expectations, customer service, honesty, clarity, etc.

I mixed up a 50/50 water and bleach solution and added Dawn to make it cling to the walls . ( I use semi gloss paint you will see why )  A big commercial fan and a radio .

I closed on my new shop, office and rental just before this whole covid19. during the quarantine I've done a ton of work at my shop & rental since as a plumber I do not need to work unless it's an emergency for a existing customer, I've basically done everything myself. 

Also, our lender just reached out and said due to the current market they are limiting how much money sellers can put toward closing costs, so this is a solution we will likely be using. 

A partner I have, his wife who is an accountant for one of the big custom builders in my area is laying off all of the workers today.  

I don't see a short term solution for vacation rentals in Key West due to the pandemic.

Customer of mine went into AirBnB arbitrage (despite my reservations...) and is three months into a lease with all reservations cancelled.

HousingWire broke the news that "after pausing all iBuyer operations, Zillow is now canceling contracts with existing customers." 

I pay monthly payments so my best solution might be to just ask him if he will allow me to defer the remaining interest since I can't really buy or sell houses right now.
