Also your saying it’s always better to use my lines of credit and leverage properties instead of any cash?

Make sure they look into getting a Mortgage Credit Certificate if they use a VA loan.

@Phillip Lirette can also try credit unions: Riverland Federal, ASI Federal, and Campus Credit (the last two both do significant business with Small Businesses).

A good credit score helps a long way!
