I wanna know is that a good website to invest into?

I don't need a get rich scheme but if I can get ahold of some properties that will cash flow that is ideal.

Rich Dad Poor Dad of course started my brain working 20 years ago.

Some of them just prefer the ease of using a HML, some are income poor but asset rich and some, I guess, just like to use one lender they have come to trust.

You'll be less fancy but more rich.

I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and Cash Flow Quadrant when I was really young.

But until we find the billionaire philanthropist that doesn't care about making a penny and has the drive to come in and fix-up depressed areas...we are stuck trying to work with these rich developers.

That property has appreciated enormously, but the rental return is lousy because I’m taxed crazily as a foreign resident
