There are always people wanting help...I would lean away from ones looking for plumbing/electricalWould learn how to do installs (cabinets, flooring, appliances, countertops, exterior items, etc.)Just learning efficient ways to work, in real estate, and save $ from having to hire everything out will be extremely useful in my opinion

I have been starting to look at FTH loans, however, I've been leaning towards the VA loan because they changed the ability to purchase more than one home at a time with the VA loan either early this year or last year.
