They just charge us on the monthly statement without advanced notification and communication.

The price request was sent weeks ago and ive received no communication back from them.

What is great about that is it communicates that this asset as is isn't worth many people buying.

Clear communication is key if you are doing these kinda of deals if you want people to work with you long term.
