Short-term rentals are a part time job and the property managers are too expensive imo.Mid-term rentals could work, but I'd only try it if your leaving your furniture, etc. in the unit.

In regards to SteelHomes, you will need your GC or you can use their GC but definitely, there are many jobs that have do without them.
