Occasionally, when you verbally inform an applicant they are denied, they will want to "correct" or add to the information and push forward with the application, so once I decide to deny, I always check off ALL objections that apply.

So how would you overcome this objection when speaking to the homeowner?

The lender supposedly also may have some objection to this because she cannot guarantee a 35 day closing for a property that does not have water especially if appraiser may require it as a condition for closing.

Thats why I love realesate this is the only business I know where you have many option to abtain your objective....

If so, you are likely dead in the water or, at the very least your objective just became more difficult to reach.
