@Jarrod Pettit I hear what you are saying about it being more difficult than normal to raise capital right now.

Before I got my license, I would look on Zillow/Redfin/Realtor.com for normal homes and fixed up ones in the same area every day for months until it became second nature what the spread and ARV were for those properties.Desktop appraisals are okay for getting you in the ballpark.

I normally contribute about 1250 dollars towards my TSP (Im currently active duty) and I pay my wife a "retirement" vehicle of 350 a month for her Roth IRA.

I'm hoping (and thinking) we should be somewhat back to "normal" by the end of May beginning of June.

Its normal to see communities come together at the beach every day.
