They were in the Columbus, Ohio market before the big tech corporations and other major brands moved into the city.

This is a brand new construction. 

Will you take on a light medium or heavy lift. 

New roof, new flooring throughout, removed popcorn ceilings, 2 new bathrooms, new kitchen, replumbed, new lighting, all new doors and trim and a ton of paint.

Now I am able to cash flow since all the cosmetic Items are brand new and I can charge slightly higher rents.

I'm trying to figure out whether to buy in light of the income stream. 

I've been buying multi families that have some good value-add potential by light rehabbing and raising rents, and I shoot for locations that are likely to have great appreciation.

My husband and I live near old town Arvada - a great area a bit west of Denver, with a light rail, great down-town area, plus city is only 15-20 minutes away, depending on where you're going.
