Are there enough employers to boost population?

Not sure if the ppl moralizing are more upset at her, the hosts, or just in general because she's successful by starting off with some shenanigans.

There's a lot more details in that story, but the moral of it is: HUSTLEThere are more than enough people who are willing to mentor, but they first want to see your drive/grind/hustle.

I have no intentions of ever not paying I want this for my family and myself plus my morals would allow me to do so.

The units were all fully occupied when we purchased them, although it turns out a number were new leases perhaps signed in haste to boost the occupancy.

I also look at the moral character.

Letting buyers and sellers know you are an investor is only a boost to your credibility and savviness so I'd use it as you see fit. 

I personally am not a big fan of the entire wholesaling process being an old school Broker who has paid my dues and tries the best I can to maintain morals and ethics in my dealings.. and well some of that just goes out the window in the wholesale space..
