Regarding the bank account, the one that I have from my local Florida's Bank is my personal bank account which I opened years ago.

You were exactly right that she was not a motivated seller but I do still have open contact with her and can still contact an agent that I had only slightly communicated with in the past.

If anyone in the Milwaukee or Madison area knows a good realtor that is knowledgeable about multi family homes we are open to any recommendations!
