You cancelled showings and did not take multiple back up offers or cobtactveach lender for each buyer prior to accepting the one you took.Next time, when you have that much activity, take every offer you can get and research each buyer and their lenders/agents.

I was out on my property and came back up and the fence stops at a certain point so I stood in the edge of the tree line and just gave the trailer a once over a while back to gauge how long it had been abandoned based off of the overgrowth.)How do I find out about back taxes and liens?

One the burners themselves there is usually a series of holes that direct the gas into a tube that travels to the pilot, cleaning those out well as well as cleaning out all the slits/holes on the burner itself and the supply lines/tubes should fix your problem.

Then if you rerent within the month,, send out an adjusted security deposit statement refunding any days you collected rent for from the new incoming tenant that came in during that same 30 day month period.Check your state landlord tenant laws for day required to refund security deposit ,, and take photo's of any damages to back up your charges for repairs / cleaning.
