If it truly is Home Buyer's Inc I think there should be a class action lawsuit brought against them if there are enough people being bugged by them and not respecting our request to be removed.

From what I have seen rates can be very expensive and the advice can be too general.

Rates can be a bit higher in the 8-9% range.

You are going to be thousands in the whole before you ever start and any cashflow you get from a rental will be eaten up in tax and corporate filings.
