This was frustrating, and while there's the possibility someone did it on accident, it seems very suspicious.I imagine there are probably no consequences for unethical behavior like this.

We setup specific e-mail addresses for each unit we are showing and have an auto-responder send out information on the property and a copy of our application form.

At one point in time, when AirBnB started, you could reverse engineer the craigslist URLs and basically create an auto generated email back to the poster with your information.

My realtor has me on an auto search program, and I get listings every day in Katy in the acclaimed Cypress school district for $80-$100K, so I definitely think you will be able to purchase a couple of homes with your cash available.If your realtor is not providing you with the info you need, time to find a new realtor - it's not like their in short supply right now.

I set my Auto deductible to 2500 and the intent is to protect ONLY from massive damage and/or as they say "a total writeoff".When we had a fire in '13, Farmers was just the best and payoff quickly to provide $95k for restoration.

Plus, Our contractor was also in a major auto accident (not his fault), attacked by a dog (requiring skin grafts to close it up), had a grandmother in ICU, and had a young daughter who required specialized medical care out of town - all during our rehab project.
