It’s worthwhile to ask a local residential agent to run the closed sales out of the MLS and then ask a commercial broker to run you a Costar report.

Hey @Connie McGinnis-LoftinThe only other thing to note from what Benjamin said above is you will need to check with your lender to make sure they are okay with you getting a loan through an LLC for a residential property.
