My strategy for screening tenants:List property with great photos and description—this is KEY to attracting your best potentials because it also helps you ask for at/above market.When you receive a lead, be sure to pre-screen.

They’re in highly desirable places that should be positioned to hold their attraction for tenants and resale value for years to come.

The school district is really good so families are more attracted to this area. 

With this we attract lots of people over the summer, fall and even winter for the snow slopes.
