They do advertise high yields...falls in the top Good to be true category.

They are overgrown and not well advertised. i live within 10 minutes of a large plant that is opening 2 more facilities in the next 2 years.

While my experience has been positive (it's easy, convenient, and simple), I will say that I have not been getting the returns these types of companies love to advertise. 

Look at what your monthly mortgage will be, and verify that once you complete the project market rents can support the loan. 

The truth is they aren't and have to advertise and try to sell the house (contract).

In addition to the plan setup, most quality providers of such services will offer meaningful support to help you navigate the tax code as you make investments. 

But to support your original post, I am most interested in the metrics. i'll start going to the seminar spruikers soon and ask a lot of questions and not buy anything haha
