Write out what you plan to accomplish, how your going to achieve those goals, and how an investors money would be spent. if you are able to clearly articulate your plan and show them how they will make money you will have documentation to show them a clear path to successful investment on their part. also i see a few familiar faces in this thread who i know to be guys on the same path as yourself.

Okay so in my country Croatia on like house/flat you buy for lets say 75000$ you can get monthly rent 500-550$ per month and that are prices there avarage sallary is like 1200 usd here, i am amsture but i knoe ehat are rentin prices and its hsrd to gett better price for property of that value instead its mby some duplex or so so my main questione is since its not even 1% should i even invest in Real estates if prices are like that becouse here is even rly hsrdt to achieve mby 1% rule i wont even talk about 2% what is almost impossible.
