If you live two hours away and have no orders to relocate to OKC, it will be hard to convince them that you are actually an owner occupant. 

Replaced all the flooring, Doubled the size of the master bathroom and relocated the master closet.

Some of them practice in taxation, and others are as scared of tax rules as their clients.At the end of the day, what matters is knowledge and service.

Also, is it good practice to hire a management company and STILL be slightly involved with the tenant as a landlord with fixing minor things, being available sometimes with issues, helping choose repair company as issues arise or is it better to just let management company deal with everything and make all decisions?

If it is a common practice, then I'm more curious about the terms and conditions that I could expect from a standard insurance companyThanks

I am a student finishing up my undergraduate degree this year, and I will be relocating from Philadelphia, PA to Boston, MA this summer.
