It's perfect when you need to reach "everyone on the block" for business promotions, etc...Hell, you could even use it if you wanted to start a lawn mowing business and get new customers in your neighborhood overnight!

If you rely on others that promote their own interest by doom and gloom you will often be mislead.

99.9999% of all seminar promoters, mentors, gurus, book authors, etc claiming they can make you an overnight success while others do all the work for you.

In all of my deals my investors are passive and I get a "promote".I am the manager of the syndication for the exact reason of nit getting that many approvals.  

Some amount has to cover the overhead of the club (website, meeting hall fees, promotional items, etc).
