The police are not arresting or ticketing anyone that I know of for social distancing or having a gathering, but they have asked people to stop.

I immediately rushed over to see what was going on as I do not live on the property and ended up at the police station to gain a copy of the report filed.I want to issue them both a first warning notice explaining that if something like this is to happen again, I have no choice but to use my discretion on a plan going forward.

Counties hate mobile home park sby cuzz the park is taxed as unimproved land yet there's lots of expenses like children going to school the numerous police call outs for domestics.I'm almost certain that if you call the county building permit office given the Platte and ask if it's zone for mobile homes will be no and I will bet it cannot be zoned for mobile homes..When you find small lot it's with homes on them quite often they're illegal.

@John Collins Here, that usually indicates it’s owned by a police officer, judge, politician, etc. who have the right to not have their address/ownership listed in the public records for personal protection reasons.

Good idea to check with police too, they do not have restrictions about expressing opinions like a realtor might or at least that has been my experience.

If your house is anywhere east of summit you’ll have the issues but I’d look on Facebook marketplace and definitely file a police report.
