At least with a security you can sell overnight --- yeah, at whatever the market price happens to be.

@Jaden Adams I am firmly in the get a degree camp, and there are ways to do it without accruing $100k of debt.

Nice thing is, after 1-month, you can always pivot back to LTR as needed. 1 other thing to note: you could get a decent # of stays just from people needing an overnight place before heading to the Airport.
