I caution you on dealing with Nudge and all of it's numerous entities.

My info was pulled from numerous sources from numerous areas of the country including CA (which has very strict rules from what I found)Is this true or is it just 30 day notice here in VA? 

I currently own a rental in north carolina and plan to settle around the triangle in the next 3 years to raise a family and begin to build a buy and hold portfolio.  

Zillow and our local Triangle MLS were unable to negotiate terms.

I guess some people must consider running numerous title searches for houses they don't close on as just a cost of doing business. 

I have numerous  rentals  in low income places and make a ton of money but I am also an expert at evictions. ( I do my own evictions)  Get online and read everything you can about evictions in that state  I am betting that you will have to send a certified letter to start the process. 

(Also, I am aware there are numerous forum posts about the topic of "starting out", and I have been reading as much as I can.
