We owned a 2 bed 1 bath that we purchased in 2006 and shortly after buying it we learned from the city records that the 200 SF bonus room was not a legal addition and the walls were basically poorly mortared cinder block on a concrete floor that was covered up with drywall to make it appear like a finished space.

, unfortunately that is not the case, I see many of you on this site looking for deals in big cities and other properties that just aren't going to preform as well when the next crash happens (Biiiiiig Speculation), but in all honesty if your not investing in areas where the majority of the population collects a paycheck every month for the next 4-6 years without fear of a stock price or layoffs then your request on the forums seems a little pointless.

The house is a fully remodeled 5 bed, 2 bath at 72nd and Pecos in Adams County so I’m wondering if anyone here has experience with Airbnb in this area of Denver, what you are grossing monthly on average and if there are any Adams County rules that restrict Airbnb of non-primary residences (like city of Denver does).
