That means rent is $300 for myself, then $50 for electric, $50 for water, $50 sewage, and $50 for internet, then I'm looking at $500 it will cost me, which is what I'm currently paying in rent now.When I move out in a year, I could rent my side out for $500, and they would pay their own utilities.

For me, the project was mostly to boost my homes resale value as I will probably move to a different school district once my daughter gets to middle school age as the assigned middle school is not very high rated..If I rent it out, I will be asking for $700 which includes internet, cable, electric and water..
