Assumed 100$/month for Water & Sewer and 50 for garbage.Does that sound right? 

Hello, I recently found a house with a fair price but it comes with rotting on boards on top deck and water pool (improper drainage) in front on the sidewalk.

I see this in the data and also in my business: we work with a lot of relocation clients and the reasons (for moving to Milwaukee) are usually cost of living, followed by smoke (from the fires), water (droughts in the SW) or floods.

as a rule i typically do not offer to pay a sellers closing costs as they may have a bunch of unpaid water bills, back taxes, fees... it is a risk to leave the language vague and assume the seller is being honest.

Start the water heater, it runs about a minute and goes out. 

Is it possible to have the tenant pay the utility costs if their unit in the property is individually metered for electricity, heat and water?

Hello all,I own a property in the city of Binghamton and have noticed a huge increase in my water bills.

I would also be interested in connecting with folks that might invest near Salt water flats and mangroves (redfish, tarpon, bones, permit and so many other). 

HOWEVER, if there was something obvious that was missed during the walk through then you can push them for some sort of compensation - think water leaks. 

Fuel oil and hot water heat is common in that part of the country.
