I’m sure this is complicated because it’s governed by State law.

When one goes to official government sites, they have their new addresses, but some of the other ones are not updated well.They did leave the house full of the sickest porn one could imagine....and filthy. 

In the long-run, one of the goals of government should be to maximize the utility of taxpayers' dollars, and avoid wastefulness.That is not a current goal.

In an effort to increase my income after realizing I wasn't going to be making decent wages for financial independence at my low paying hourly government job, I made a vision board / specific life plan with my fiancee and then an opportunity came and I left WA and am now in Denver on a 1099 as a solar panel sales rep.

What I'm saying is I think Austin is a diverse enough economy with lots of demand to live here from tech, university, government, medical and manufacturing industries to name a few.

Regarding the insurance: look at your governing documents.

You may want to check with the local government entity in charge of titling mobile homes in your area.

Everything I read and I could be mistaken, but the cost for a reasonable modification would go on the tenant, Since I’m not government funded building.
