The reason is to MAKE MONEY, you wouldn't buy stock in GOOGLE or NIKE if you KNEW it was going to LOSE MONEY every month for years, on the OFF CHANCE that it would appreciate enough to sell it for a profit.

The San Mateo, CA area has always had a lot of growth with companies like Visa (I hear they are planning to go public), Fisher Investments, Templeton Investments and Gilead Sciences (a biotech company that has licensed some AIDS medicines) situated in this area.

I think it's:if you are the 1st ranked site for that keyword on the 1st of the month starting in march you get:#1 on Google = $500#1 on Yahoo = $200#1 on MSN = $100.not bad.

Another option: Google "your town name + 'tenant advocacy'"If the town is too small, use the state name.
