So, I hired a moving company to move everything to storage units.

The current owner rents what should be the 5th unit out as storage to the two tenants he currently has, and the space is labeled 'tenant storage'.My question - how is the bank going to appraise/evaluate this?

Simplicity + receiving rent before the mortgage payment is due.Having a self-storage facility, I can't imagine trying to keep track of 45 rent checks all due on different days.

There are 3 areas that I like including pooling your money (if you are accredited investor especially) into syndications where experts manage the investments in MF apartments, self storage and mobile home parks.  

Although I have seen some investors who prefer it that way.Having a document storage system is super valuable.

@Maybelle FranciscoIf your buyer is financing, it is highly unlikely that the lender will approve the loan knowing there is an underground storage tank on the property.

If you stuff it full of furniture it will feel small and it will feel like there is no storage for "stuff".

In your experience, if you've had to put tenants up in a hotel because the unit wasn't ready for them to move in - did you also pay for storage for all their furniture and other personal property?

Do you provide online storage for pictures?
