If you're at a talk with panelists who are experts in this area, I'd approach them too after the talk with questions about your situation. 

Our usual set up is:* A) One Korea focused investor (or local area expert)* B) One investor from the group* C) One virtual investorB & C can be whoever and I, for one, would love to learn more about investing in Thailand, and other parts of Asia.So the long answer to your question ^^ - lots of US focus and Korea.

I work with a local RE expert investor and he sends me the deals.

Mason V. is an expert at this, his goal being to refi enough so that he has recovered his all his starting funds with one year, and hopefully immediately.

Lisa, it sounds like a good deal to me but I'm certainly not as expert as some around here.We are pulling in nearly exact numbers on condo purchases and we're quite happy.
