How do you work on the terms with your preferred realtor?

We recently found out our lease is void/unenforceable due to some wording in there related to who is responsible to pay for attorney fees. 

Lessons learned?

You need to learn to read the PPMs and dissect what is in them. 

One hurdle you may have depending on location is zoning approval.

This was a 6 year old business account the never posted anything besides promoting our real estate conference. 

By doing so, this unlocks the door for having a cost segregation study performed on your property.
