I wonder if it will simply become a way to transport drugs between the three cities avoiding police on the freeway and avoiding airport sniffing dogs???

Hi All,I am a recent first time homebuyer of a duplex around the Boston area.

Both my duplexes were built in 1940 in Boston and wiring work ain't cheap neither are windows.

This also includes providing for them financially beyond what we have accomplished so far.We live in the greater Boston area and I'm focusing on Cape Cod to begin since we know the area.

I grew up in Boston, so not too far away.

I live in Centennial and am based in Boston.

There will be quite a bit of culture shock moving from Boston to Texas. 

I would rather buy a property in California, Boston or Washington’s dc with no cash flow than a property in Gary Indiana with cash flow.Appreciation is where people have been able to build generational wealth more often than cash flow.Not saying cash flow and cocr is bad or not a valid metric, it’s importance is not as important to me and there are a lot of other factors that come into play

The area that is below Grand Blvd is the midtown area and it is getting very expensive and, for the most part, it's apartments.Above the Blvd and up to Boston, however, are streets filled with wondrous houses.

Usually, manufactured homes are built in factories (regulated by HUD) which are then transported to each site where they are placed (blocked and set).
