@Eric Johnson i have a duplex under contract but i found out that it is actually two townhomes that share a common wall and my current lender is giving me issue with our agreed upon downpayment of 10%, so i am looking for a creative way to finance this deal. i heard portfolio lenders can help with getting this done but i am not sure.
