In my market  (Vegas) we are still on average about 30% below the prices in the peak so we are not in the same boat as SF currently.Thanks in advance.

Found a slightly odd update to those properties now trying to figure how much of a difference the approach would be.Property 1: Owned by a finance company as far as I can tell from looking up a bit of tax info on it.Property 2: I think I missed the boat on this one unfortunatelyProperty 3: Delinquent taxes for a number of years, according to the assessors' website it's in foreclosureProperty 4:  The one I mentioned in my prior post is in the same situation as property 3
