You could actually do this on your own by going through your Secretary of State website that would save you alot of money and am sure the EIN if free on IRS site too 

@Carson Vanderhoff I don't know where you live or are going to school, but you are only limited by what your mind is telling you.Speaking like your dad would, finish college, get a 9-5 job to start and focus on what kind of real estate you want to do.

Banks do this because they know that with this difference a borrower probably will not get in trouble and default on the loan.This brings us back to small apartments.

You may want to talk to some park managers and/or owners to see how they do it locally in their own communities.
