Hello everyone, i am new to this website but have been watching bp podcast for over 2 years now.

I absolutely always include the felt furniture pads, the stove top cleaner if applicable,  and the plunger because they help me.

My main strategy is Fix and Flip, but also watch for good BRRRR properties and want to get into Buy and Hold on Multi Family.
