It has been hugely valuable for our leasing team and operation. 

With the GI Bill, I’ll end up making money, but my time is valuable as well.

My thought process is that it will look more professional (and hopefully more valuable) to the assessor to have a building that has two rented units rather than just a printing company that is renting a unit out.

While dealing with larger multifamily assets will be much different, there is a lot of valuable experience that comes with starting small.

For me the finding the tennant is the most valuable service PM’s provide, if the current tennant moves out in 4 months you may find ti easy or you may agree.

Knowledge is valuable, so while you may not have first hand experience, you can still learn from others, and build your network.
