I'm planning on doing sandwich lease options in the near future, and one of the forums i think would help a lot is a non-binding lease option agreement (for the seller), which is basically a simplified lease option agreement that spills out the price and terms to give the seller an understanding of how the deal will work.If anyone has something like this that they wouldn't mind uploading to the file-place, i'd greatly appreciate it!

Since you have your own list, you would upload it to your order and the mail company will use that to personalize your mail pieces.As for your original question about postcards vs. yellow letters, I would recommend both.
