I don't think you getting anything else on the interior of the home but they did leave money on the table in regards to the debris removal allowances that should be higher and overhead and profit which should be included in the carriers estimate if you are actually using a GC given the multiple trades.

If you currently have a "day" job, consider starting by building a portfolio of income properties - rentals.The rental market is the strongest it's been for over 50 years; you'll build a stream of income that comes in without trading labor hours to get it, and eventually, may be able to replace your "day job" income.

Aaron McGinnis I have tried to hire someone from a trade group (Union membered workers), the only thing that prevents me from hiring them is if they perform a trade, they only perform THAT trade, I have heard horror stories such as electricians not digging trenches because it is not part of their trade (which I find to be BS, only in CA!).
